Program Description

This focused class refines the two Olympic lifts through technique drills, progressive loading, and accessory work — all under the eye of a coach watching every rep.


Lifters of every level are welcome, from beginners learning the movements to athletes chasing new PRs. Better positions and more power here carry straight over into your CrossFit and overall performance.
