Program Description
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity — and every single rep scales to you. A coach-led class includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and the WOD (workout of the day), followed by a cool-down and plenty of community high-fives.
From your very first day to competitive athletes, everyone trains together. New members jump right into class while coaches dedicate extra teaching and technique time — no separate fundamentals course required.
